This Cookie Notice ("Notice") explains to website visitors ("You") how anyinspect.ai and app.anyinspect.ai (the "Websites"), operated by Helveton Limited trading as AnyInspect.ai ("We", "Our", or "Us"), use cookies. Our Websites use cookies to distinguish You from other users of Our Websites. This helps Us provide You with a good experience when You browse Our Websites and also allows Us to improve Our Websites.

This Notice also covers the use of cookies and similar technologies within the AnyInspect mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and the AnyInspect web dashboard at app.anyinspect.ai.

1. What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that is placed on Your computer or device when You access or visit a website in order to remember information about You, such as Your language preference or login information. Cookies contain information that is transferred to Your computer's hard drive. We, like most other websites, use cookies to enhance Your experience and improve Our Websites.

We use cookies to monitor traffic on Our Websites, customise and improve Our Websites, help You to navigate Our Websites, and to facilitate core functionality such as authentication and payment processing.

We may place and access cookies and similar technologies on Your computer or device, which are known as "first party cookies". In addition, cookies may also be placed and accessed by third parties, which are known as "third party cookies".

We also use "web beacons" (also known as web bugs, pixel tags, or clear GIFs) which are small graphics with a unique identifier, for example to deliver or communicate with cookies, to track and measure performance of Our Websites, monitor the effectiveness of Our communications and to monitor the number of visitors which view Our Websites. Unlike cookies, web beacons typically are embedded on web pages (or in an email) and may not be visible.

In Our mobile application, We use similar technologies such as local storage, device identifiers, and SDKs that function similarly to cookies for the purposes described in this Notice.

2. Types of Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary / Essential Cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of Our Websites and application. They are usually only set in response to actions made by You which amount to a request for services, such as setting Your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. They include, for example, cookies that enable You to log into secure areas of Our Websites and maintain Your authenticated session. Without these cookies, the services You have requested cannot be provided.
  • Performance / Analytics Cookies. These cookies allow Us to conduct analytical assessments to understand the number of visitors and to see how they move around Our Websites and application when they are using it. This helps Us improve the way Our Websites work, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymised.
  • Functionality Cookies. These are used to recognise You when You return to Our Websites. This enables Us to personalise Our content for You, greet You by name and remember Your preferences (for example, Your choice of language or region). They may be set by Us or by third party providers whose services We have added to Our pages.
  • Targeting / Advertising Cookies. These cookies record Your visit to Our Websites, the pages You have visited and the links You have followed. We will use this information to make Our Websites and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to Your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.

The types of cookies described above may be stored for different periods of time on Your computer or device depending on whether they are session cookies or persistent cookies. Some cookies are deleted when You close Your web browser or leave the Website, which are known as "session cookies" as they are only stored on Your computer or device for that visit. "Persistent cookies" are stored on Your computer or device for a period of time after You close Your browser or leave the Website.
