Enterprise SLA
Last updated: 8 April 2025
Large enterprises can request a customised Service Level Agreement which promises 99.95% uptime for the AnyInspect platform.
AnyInspect (Helveton Limited trading as AnyInspect.ai) can provide SLAs guaranteeing 99.95% uptime or your money back. In addition to the standard level of service, AnyInspect provides an extended Service Level Agreement as defined in this Schedule.
This Enterprise SLA applies to the AnyInspect platform, including the web dashboard (app.anyinspect.ai), the mobile application (iOS and Android), AI-powered inspection processing, report generation services, and all associated API endpoints.

- "Uptime" means the percentage of time during Support Hours in a given calendar month that the Product is available and functioning in accordance with its Documentation.
- "Scheduled Outage" means a planned outage of the Product which has been notified in accordance with Section 4 of this Schedule.
- "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of AnyInspect, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, power outages, or failures of telecommunications or data networks.

2. Service Level
Subject to the exclusions set out in Section 3 below, AnyInspect shall ensure that the Product has no less than 99.5% Uptime (as defined herein). Uptime of the Product is calculated as a percentage using the following formula during a calendar month:
Uptime % = (MPM − SD) ÷ MPM × 100
Where:
- MPM is the number of minutes during Support Hours in a calendar month; and
- SD (Service Downtime) is the elapsed time in minutes during the MPM in which the Product has either failed completely so it is unavailable to the Customer, or the Product is partially available to the Customer but the Product is not in accordance with its Documentation. SD does not include time where the Product is not available due to a Scheduled Outage, provided the Scheduled Outage has been notified and does not exceed any limits for Scheduled Outages set out in this Schedule.
SD commences on the Customer making a support request via [email protected] or [email protected], or AnyInspect detecting a defect in the Product, and ceases once the Product is available to the Customer in accordance with the Documentation for a continuous period of at least 30 minutes.
2.1 Scope of Uptime Monitoring
Uptime monitoring covers the following components of the AnyInspect platform:
- The web dashboard at app.anyinspect.ai, including all authenticated application routes
- The backend API server and all REST API endpoints used by the mobile application and web dashboard
- AI-powered inspection processing services, including transcription and analysis pipelines
- Report generation and PDF export services
- File storage and retrieval services (inspection photos, videos, and generated documents)

3. Remedy
If the level of Uptime is not provided, as Customer's sole and exclusive remedy, Customer will be entitled to a credit (subject to the applicable procedures in this Agreement) in accordance with the schedule below. Credits may be used towards future invoices from AnyInspect, and the Customer will not be entitled to a cash refund if the agreement is terminated or expires before use of all of Customer's credits.

- The dates and times of each period of unavailability claimed
- A description of the impact on the Customer's use of the Product
- Any relevant support ticket or incident reference numbers
AnyInspect will review and respond to credit requests within 15 business days. Approved credits will be applied to the Customer's next invoice.
3.3 Exceptions
The credit remedy set out above does not apply to the extent that the failure to achieve the Uptime is due to or relates to:

- Any violation of the subscription agreement by the Customer or its Users;

- Issues arising from the Customer's use of unsupported mobile device operating systems, browser versions, or hardware configurations; and/or
- Degraded performance (as opposed to complete unavailability) that does not prevent the Customer from using the core functionality of the Product.
4. Scheduled Outages
A Scheduled Outage means a planned outage of the Product which will result in the Product or components of the Product being unavailable to the Customer.
AnyInspect must give the Customer 7 days' notice of a proposed Scheduled Outage, including the commencement time and estimated duration of the Scheduled Outage. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Scheduled Outages must occur between 7pm and 5am Eastern Time (ET).
AnyInspect must limit the impact of a Scheduled Outage on the Customer's use of the Product to the extent it is practicable to do so. Where possible, AnyInspect will perform maintenance in a rolling manner to minimise disruption to active inspections and report generation.
A Scheduled Outage does not affect AnyInspect's other obligations under this agreement.
